Changing dentists
You don’t need a referral or to register beforehand. Book online or call, and reception looks after the new patient details when you arrive. If you’ve had treatment elsewhere, we can help arrange for your records to be transferred.
If you have crowns, bridges, implants or other work from a previous dentist, bring up anything you know about it at your first visit. Your dentist will check it as part of the exam, so nothing gets missed in the change.
Your first visit
For most people a check-up and clean is the place to start. Your dentist looks at your teeth, gums and existing work, cleans off the tartar brushing can’t shift, and suggests how often you should come back based on what they find.

Call our Moorebank clinic as early in the day as you can. We prioritise dental pain and urgent cases throughout the day. If the pain comes with serious swelling, injury or trouble breathing or swallowing, go to a hospital emergency department.
