About Dr Sandy

Dr Sandy Ghattas is an experienced dentist with a strong clinical interest in orthodontics, digital orthodontic treatment and endodontics.

She graduated from Cairo University, Egypt, in 2005 with a Bachelor of Dental Medicine and Surgery, and completed the Australian Dental Council examination in 2009. She went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics at City of London Dental School in 2014, and a Master’s in Clinical Orthodontics at Greater Manchester University, UK, in 2024.

With extensive experience in general dentistry, Dr Sandy has a particular interest in digital orthodontics and contemporary orthodontic techniques. Her work includes digital fixed braces such as Insignia, and clear aligner systems including Invisalign, Spark and Angel Align.

She enjoys combining detailed assessment, personalised treatment planning and modern dental technology to support patients throughout their orthodontic treatment.

Her gentle approach, attention to detail and focus on comfort help patients feel listened to and confident in their care.

Outside dentistry, Dr Sandy is a mother of two young daughters and enjoys time with family and friends, travelling and exploring new places and cultures.
