Price by complexity
Your dentist decides which level of treatment your teeth need after the assessment and scan. What decides it is how complex the case is: the number of aligners, any bite correction and how long treatment is expected to take.
- Simple: $3,500 to $4,500, about 3 to 6 months. Minor corrections, minor crowding or relapse.
- Moderate: $4,500 to $6,500, about 6 to 12 months. Moderate crowding or smaller gaps.
- Comprehensive: $7,000 to $9,500+, about 12 to 24 months or more. More complex alignment and bite correction.
These ranges set an expectation of cost. They’re not packages to choose from, and treatment time depends on how your teeth respond.
